Rachel Carter is the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at Swoogo, where she leads teams across Customer Success, Product Support, Professional Services, and Learning & Development. With nearly 15 years in the industry—including eight and a half years at Swoogo—Rachel draws deep inspiration from her time with Disney, bringing a passion for crafting magical experiences into the world of SaaS and event tech. Known for her empathetic and strategic approach, Rachel fosters an internal culture that values collaboration, transparency, and a customer-first mindset, constantly finding new ways to empower her team and inspire our customer's success.
