FAQ
Absolutely. If you hosted a collection of related events that all share the same brand, purpose, and general audience, you’re welcome to submit them together as one larger event experience.
If we can’t see how your events are connected, your application may not be successful. Make sure to demonstrate how the events in your series act as a single campaign!
You’re welcome to nominate yourself for as many awards as you like, but each organization will be limited to winning in a single category. In other words, winning in one category will disqualify you from winning other awards.
We recommend applying for the award(s) that best fit the impact and intent of your event.
Yes, only events built on Swoogo are eligible for an Uncon award.
We would prefer that all award winners are at the event. However, we understand that early November is still event season and not everyone is able to join us in person. Uncon registration status will not be considered when evaluating or selecting award winners.
We ask that if you win and are not able to attend, that you meet with the Swoogo team virtually to record a quick video to play at the event.
Yes, you can submit an event on behalf of your client with their permission. Just make sure to provide all the necessary details and clearly indicate that you're submitting it on a client’s behalf.
