What is Uncon?

Uncon is Swoogo’s annual user conference: a space to recharge, think out loud, find your people, and learn from each other.

What is the date and location of the event?

Uncon 2026 will be hosted from November 2-4 at Palm Springs Surf Club in sunny Palm Springs, CA.

Uncon 2026 will be a little more unconny this year by kicking off with a day party! We recommend booking your flights accordingly...

 

Arrival: Monday, November 2 by 1pm PT

 

Departure: Wednesday, November 4 after 3pm PT

We love options so you have two block to choose from! Transpo from both hotels to Palm Springs Surf Club will be provided.

Parking at Palm Springs Surf Club is free.

Yes, Palm Springs Surf Club is ADA accessible. Our goal is to make sure that you are comfortable, so please contact the Uncon team (uncon@swoogo.com) for your specific needs.

Once the event starts, food and beverages are on us. We're bringing in some great local nosh with lots of options; we promise you won't go hungry.

We've got you covered! Here's a template for a justification letter that explains some of the benefits and learning opportunities that this event provides.

You are on your own for transportation from Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) to the hotel of your choice. We recommend using a rideshare or taxi service.

 

During Uncon, transportation is on us! We'll get you to/from Parker Palm Springs and Westin Rancho Mirage to Palm Springs Surf Club (where content will be held) on Tuesday and Wednesday. You'll also receive transportation to the airport after Uncon concludes on Thursday.

Yes, we will be recording sessions that will be available post-Uncon. Sessions will not be broadcast virtually.

We love this question! Yes, we create Uncon with networking top of mind. That means unique activations, sessions, and facilitated discussions (with a few other surprises). We won't leave you out there alone 🫂 .

What's included in my ticket?

Your Uncon ticket includes two packed days of bold conversations, hands-on learning, and fresh insights. But to really answer your question...

- food & beverage starting with a welcome reception on Monday, November 2. Breakfast and lunch each day, along with dinner and heavy bites in the evening.

- Transportation to Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) at the conclusion of Uncon on Wednesday, November 4

 

Not included:

- Airfare

- Hotel accommodations

- Transportation from Palm Springs International Airport to the hotel of your choice

We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending. For this reason, we offer a 100% refund policy for all ticket purchases. You may cancel your ticket purchase at any time before the event and receive a full refund of the ticket price. To cancel your ticket purchase, please send an email to uncon@swoogo.com with your name and email address associated with the ticket. We will process your refund as soon as possible, and the credit will be applied to the original method of payment.
